Welcome to GOLDNLAB. These Terms & Conditions govern the use of our website, appointment bookings, beauty services, and product purchases.

By accessing www.goldnlab.com, booking an appointment, or purchasing a product, you agree to the applicable terms outlined below.

 

GOLDNLAB reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will apply prospectively and will not alter existing bookings without appropriate notice or agreement where required.

All terms are subject to applicable Ontario and Canadian laws. Nothing in this agreement limits any rights or remedies provided by law.

1. ABOUT GOLDNLAB

GOLDNLAB is a beauty business specializing in personalized cosmetic services, offering luxury mobile appointments throughout the Greater Toronto Area and select private studio treatments in Richmond Hill, Ontario.

Our services include:

​

• Professional Spray Tanning & Airbrush Body Contouring

• Cosmetic Teeth Whitening

• Tooth Gem Application

• Hair Extension Consultations, Tape-In Installations & Removals

​

Services are intended for cosmetic enhancement and personal beauty care.

​

2. APPOINTMENT BOOKINGS & CONFIRMATION

All GOLDNLAB services are available by appointment only.

​

Appointments may be scheduled through our official website or approved booking channels.

​

Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, including their name, contact details, requested service, and appointment location where applicable.

​

An appointment is considered confirmed once the required deposit has been received and GOLDNLAB has issued booking confirmation.

​

GOLDNLAB reserves the right to decline or reschedule appointments when necessary for safety, scheduling, service suitability, or operational reasons, subject to applicable law.

3. REQUIRED BOOKING DEPOSITS

A deposit is required to secure all appointments.

​

MOBILE APPOINTMENTS: $50 DEPOSIT

​

PRIVATE STUDIO APPOINTMENTS: $25 DEPOSIT

​

All deposits are applied toward the total appointment cost.

​

The remaining balance is payable at the appointment unless otherwise specified during booking.

Deposits may be forfeited according to the cancellation policy below, subject to applicable consumer protection laws.

4. CANCELLATIONS, RESCHEDULING & NO-SHOWS

GOLDNLAB requires a minimum of 48 hours' notice for appointment cancellations or rescheduling requests.

​

• 48 HOURS OR MORE: Clients may cancel or request to reschedule their appointment with sufficient notice.

• 24–48 HOURS: Cancellation and rescheduling requests are subject to GOLDNLAB's approval and the deposit terms disclosed at booking.

• LESS THAN 24 HOURS: The appointment deposit will be forfeited if a client cancels within 24 hours of their scheduled appointment.

• NO-SHOWS: Clients who fail to attend their appointments without notice will forfeit their deposit.

• LATE ARRIVALS: Appointments may be shortened, rescheduled, or cancelled if a client arrives late and the service cannot be completed within the scheduled time.

A new deposit may be required for future appointments.

​

All cancellation terms remain subject to applicable consumer protection laws.

​

5. MOBILE APPOINTMENTS & TRAVEL FEES

GOLDNLAB provides mobile services across Toronto, Vaughan, Richmond Hill, and surrounding GTA locations.

Additional travel fees may apply depending on the distance from Richmond Hill. Travel charges are calculated individually and disclosed before booking confirmation.

Clients must provide:

​

• An accurate service address

• A clean, safe, and accessible working environment

• Sufficient space for service equipment

• Appropriate lighting and access to electricity where required

• Reasonable parking and property access

​

GOLDNLAB reserves the right to refuse or discontinue a mobile service if the environment presents a safety or hygiene concern.

​

Appointments cancelled due to unsuitable client-provided conditions may be subject to applicable cancellation fees, where permitted by law.

6. PRIVATE STUDIO APPOINTMENTS

GOLDNLAB offers private studio appointments in Richmond Hill, Ontario, for:

​

• Professional Teeth Whitening

• Tooth Gem Application

GOLDNLAB offers exclusive private studio appointments in Richmond Hill, Ontario.

The exact studio address is disclosed only upon confirmed booking and is strictly confidential for the privacy, safety, and security of GOLDNLAB, its owner, and clients.

 

STRICT NO-SHARING POLICY

Clients are strictly prohibited from sharing, publishing, posting, distributing, or disclosing the private studio address to unauthorized individuals or third parties without prior written consent from GOLDNLAB.

This includes sharing the address on social media, public websites, online reviews, business listings, or other public platforms.

LEGAL ACTION & UNAUTHORIZED DISCLOSURE​

Any unauthorized disclosure of the private studio address may result in cancellation of future appointments, refusal of service where legally permitted, and legal action where appropriate.

GOLDNLAB reserves the right to pursue available legal remedies, including claims for damages or injunctive relief, where an unauthorized disclosure constitutes a legally actionable breach and causes or threatens harm.
