Cancellations & Rescheduling

• Clients must follow the cancellation policy provided during booking, 24 hours notice is required to save your appointment and move it to another date.

• Late cancellations or no-shows may result in fees

• GOLDNLAB reserves the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to emergencies, illness, weather, or studio-related issues

• Follow prep and aftercare instructions

• Understand that results vary based on skin type, preparation, and aftercare

Hair Extensions

Clients must:

 

• Disclose hair history, damage, chemical treatments, or sensitivities

• Follow maintenance and aftercare instructions

• Acknowledge that longevity depends on care, hair quality, and lifestyle

• For all extension removal and installation appointments, clients must arrive with freshly washed hair—shampoo only, no conditioner, oils, masks, or styling products. Clean, residue-free hair allows the extensions to properly adhere and ensures a secure, long-lasting install.

• If the hair appears greasy, oily, or improperly prepped, our specialists reserve the right to reschedule the appointment, as extensions may slip due to excess oil.

• Please note that any appointment requiring a wash must be done in advance. GOLDNLAB does not have salon sinks, so washing will need to be completed at home or at a wash station located elsewhere prior to your appointment.
