GOLDNLAB REFUND POLICY

The information in this policy is provided for general guidance regarding GOLDNLAB’s business practices. It is not intended as legal advice and should not be relied upon as such. Refund and business policies may vary depending on local laws and regulations. Clients are responsible for reviewing this policy prior to booking any service. By scheduling an appointment with GOLDNLAB, you agree to the terms outlined below.

 

 

 

No Refund Policy

 

 

At GOLDNLAB, all services and products are performed and prepared with care, professionalism, and industry-standard techniques. Due to the nature of beauty services, all sales are final and no refunds are offered under any circumstances.

 

 

 

1. Services Are Final Sale

 

Once a spray tan or beauty service is completed:

 

  • No refunds

  • No partial refunds

  • No credit or reimbursement

This applies to all in-studio and mobile services.

 

 

 

2. Results Vary by Individual

 

Spray tan results depend on:

 

  • Skin type

  • Preparation

  • Aftercare

  • Lifestyle, sweating, showering, activities

  • Products used after the appointment

 

Because these factors vary by person and are outside our control, no refunds will be issued due to dissatisfaction with the colour, tone, fading speed, or longevity.

 

 

 

3. No Refunds for Prep or Aftercare Issues

 

GOLDNLAB is not responsible for outcomes caused by:

 

  • Improper exfoliation

  • Wearing lotion, makeup, deodorant, or oils before the appointment

  • Sweating, water contact, rubbing, or touching during development

  • Wearing tight clothing

  • Not following provided aftercare instructions

 

 

These are client responsibilities and are not eligible for refunds.

 

 

 

4. No Refunds for Missed, Late, or Cancelled Appointments

 

The following remain non-refundable:

 

  • No-shows

  • Appointments cancelled outside the allowed cancellation window

  • Late arrivals that cannot be accommodated

  • Late arrivals that require a shortened service

5. Product Sales

 

All retail products (including tanning products, lotions, mitts, shimmer, accessories, etc.) are final sale.

Due to hygiene and safety, no returns or exchanges are accepted.

 

 

 

6. Service Adjustments (Not Guaranteed)

 

While refunds are not offered, GOLDNLAB may—at our discretion only—offer:

 

  • A touch-up

  • A correction

  • A discounted redo

 

 

This applies only if:

 

  • A genuine application error occurred on our side

  • The issue is reported within 24 hours of the appointment

  • Proper prep and aftercare were followed

  • Photos or in-person evaluation confirms the concern

 

 

This is not guaranteed and does not replace the no-refund policy.

By booking and completing a service with GOLDNLAB, you confirm that:

 

  • You have read and understand this Refund Policy

  • You agree to all terms listed above

  • You accept that all services and product sales are final
